YKM is the first Woven Wire Mesh Manufacturing company passed ISO 9001 and ISO14001 in 2003 and TS16949 in 2005 for wire mesh quality management.
Our wire mesh quality management system includes removable magnifier with 40-times magnification, micrometer, weaving density analyzer to check the diameter, thickness and mesh density all the time.

Implementing ISO9001 and IATF16949 Quality Management System
YKM Group also has abundant experiences in wire mesh quality management, optimized production process and strict quality control methods. PPAP, SPC, APQP, FMEA, MSA have been fully implemented, especially ensuring the production of optimal quality steel mesh.
